Payment and billing information you provide to our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Communications you send us, such as support requests or feedback.

Information collected automatically

Usage data such as pages viewed, features used, and interactions with AI assistants.
Device and log information including IP address, browser type, operating system, and timestamps.
Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and improve the Services.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, personalize, and improve the Services and your AI Employee.
To generate responses tailored to your business using your Company Brain and uploaded documents.
To process transactions, manage subscriptions, and send related notices.
To communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support.
To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. AI Processing

When you use AI features, your prompts and relevant Company Brain context may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses. We choose providers with strong data-handling practices and configure them, where available, so that your inputs and outputs are not used to train their public models. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it externally.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited situations:

With service providers who help us operate the Services (hosting, storage, analytics, AI, email, payment processing) under confidentiality obligations.
With your permission or at your direction, for example when you invite team members.
For legal reasons, such as to comply with a lawful request, protect our rights, or protect the safety of our users.
